Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All services with Kama Visuals require a confirmed booking. A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your session date and time. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due prior to or on the day of the session. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Pricing varies based on the type of service, session length, location, and client needs. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Additional services, extended time, or special requests may result in additional fees. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. One reschedule may be accommodated at the discretion of Kama Visuals and is subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the session may be charged up to the full session fee. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals reduce session time and do not qualify for refunds or extensions. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may be considered a no-show. Clients acknowledge familiarity with Kama Visuals’ creative style and editing approach. Editing and retouching are performed at the photographer’s discretion. Unedited or RAW images are not provided. Additional retouching may incur additional fees. Delivery timelines vary by service and will be communicated at booking. Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Kama Visuals is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control. Kama Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all images. Clients receive a usage license based on the service booked. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Kama Visuals reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions, permits, and location access. Kama Visuals is not liable for issues caused by weather, venue restrictions, uncooperative subjects, or third-party interference. Liability is limited to the value of services provided. In the event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency, liability is limited to a refund of payments received. By booking with Kama Visuals, the client agrees to this Booking Policy.
