At Kama Visuals, we take pride in providing high-quality photography and photo booth services. Due to the nature of our work and the time reserved, we have the following refund policy in place:
Photography & Media Services

All deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and time and cover pre-event planning, preparation, and reserved availability.

No refunds will be issued for completed photography services or once digital images, galleries, or media have been delivered or made accessible.

If a client chooses not to complete payment after partial delivery (such as preview images), the remaining images will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
Photo Booth Rentals

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and equipment preparation.

No refunds will be issued for early shutdowns, reduced usage time, or event changes outside of our control.
Rescheduling

One reschedule may be accommodated at no additional cost if requested at least 7 days prior to the event, subject to availability.

Additional reschedules may require a rescheduling fee.
Client Satisfaction
If there is an issue with your delivered content, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to address technical issues or reasonable concerns but do not offer refunds based on personal preference, style, or aesthetic expectations.
Force Majeure
Kama Visuals is not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, acts of God, or government regulations.
Acceptance of Policy
By booking and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
