1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Kama Visuals agrees to provide the following services:
• Photo Booth rental (check all that apply):
• General Photo Booth
•. Printer for Memory Book
• 4 hours of operation on April 17, 2026, from 5 pm to 9 pm.
• Setup and breakdown included.
Additional inclusions: Backdrop, props, digital gallery, basic overlay.
2. FEES & PAYMENT
• Total+Fees: $628.27
• Deposit: $ 314.13 due upon signing; non-refundable
• Remaining Balance: $ 314.13 due 7 days before event

No services will be rendered without full payment by the event date.
3. PHOTO USAGE RIGHTS
The Client grants Kama Visuals the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and publish any photos and videos captured during the event for:
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Website and social media
• Portfolio use
The Client’s privacy will be respected:
• Kama Visuals will not tag guests by name without permission.
• Kama Visuals will not use photos in explicit, offensive, or defamatory contexts.
Clients wishing to opt out of public sharing must submit a written request before the event.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client will provide:
• Adequate space (at least 10 ft x 10 ft per booth) and access to standard electrical power within 20 feet of setup area.
• Indoor/covered space or protection from weather if outdoors.
• Access to venue 1-2 hours prior for setup.
Client is responsible for ensuring guest behavior does not damage equipment. Damages caused by guests may result in repair/replacement fees.
5. TECHNICAL ISSUES
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or technical problems:
• Kama Visuals will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
• If the service cannot be provided, Kama Visuals’ liability is limited to a refund of all payments received for the Photo Booth service.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• Cancellation by Client within 14 of event forfeits deposit.
• Cancellation by Client less than 5 before event requires payment in full.
• Cancellation by Kama Visuals (e.g., emergency, illness) will result in a full refund of any payments made.
7. LIABILITY
Kama Visuals is not responsible for:
• Any injuries or damages incurred by guests using the Photo Booth.
• Lost or damaged personal property belonging to guests at the Photo Booth area.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue closures, or government restrictions.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between Kama Visuals and Client. Any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties.
